DSA Single Point of Contact

Kirya is an online intermediary service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). All DSA-related contact comes through one inbox - support@mykirya.com - and is routed internally to the relevant team.

For authorities (Article 11)

Competent authorities of EU member states, the Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services can reach our DSA contact directly.

For users (Article 12)

Recipients of the service - guests, hosts, third parties - can reach us in plain language for any DSA-related concern.

Notice-and-action mechanism (Articles 16-17)

Anyone can flag suspected illegal content or policy-violating listings using the "Report this listing" button on every property page. Reports include reason, description, and the reporter's email if they want a status update. Acknowledgement is automatic; decisions are taken by a human reviewer within 30 days and reasoned in writing to the reporter and, where applicable, the host.

Right of appeal (Article 20)

Either party - the reporter or the affected host - may appeal a moderation decision within six months by replying to the decision email or writing to support@mykirya.com. Appeals are handled by a different reviewer; outcomes are communicated in writing.

Kirya is a small enterprise as defined in Article 19(3) DSA. We are not designated as a Very Large Online Platform.
